Kathleen's coaching style puts the client in the driver's seat. She believes that the best and most effective solutions come from the clients, not from her.
She feels that her job is to help you to find your voice - one that is capable, respectful, and strong. How you get there, or what it sounds like, is up to you.
Philosophy
I care about bullying and harassment because I am the daughter, sister, and friend of people who have been targeted in bullying relationships. I have witnessed the pain and isolation it causes, and felt the secondary reverberations of it.
What I have found from over 15 years of working with kids, teens, adults, and families is that there is a way through these assaults. My process empowers the person targeted, educates the person who is choosing aggression, and strengthens the communities that they learn, work, and play in. It is a way that pulls on decency, kindness, and humanity.
Most importantly, it works.
